  I placed a order today for pick up for lunch and made it to the place 10 mins early they already had my food wrapped and in a bag so I thought I was lucky well good thing I planned on eating there since I was so hungry because my food was cold my friends sandwich was supposed to be toasted it wasn’t the bread was even soggy I told the worker he decided to argue with me and say the topping made it cold and edge of the sandwich was crispy and the bacon was too so it was toasted he then temped it after putting a glove on and touching that sandwich it was 76 degrees and was pulled out the oven not even a few minutes ago and then worst part is mine wasn’t supposed to be toasted so they gave me a ice cold sandwich the bread felt like it was in a fridge but claimed they heated up the meat first who cares what the paying customers thinks u know the person eating it after all that he takes the food throws it away as if I still wanted it refused to remake it claimed they wasn’t in the wrong and wouldn’t refund me since it was online said I had to call asked for a number then magically he voided my order handed a receipt and said nothing like I even tried just asking for the sandwiches to be remade and explained it was cold and not fresh but for the workers to be so rude and refuse claiming they didn’t do anything wrong and I had to call to get a refund is just stupid

  Went in to order 1 sub and a protein ball and couldn't add any toppings. Will never return.
