  My husband and I went through the Sonic drive-thru yesterday and ordered 3 drinks: 2 dirty Dr Peppers and 1 cherry cream slush. The employee asked us to repeat the order multiple times and had an attitude every time. At the window, he still only charged us for the Dr Peppers. When my husband pointed out that the slush was missing, the employee responded rudely, “That’s what I was asking,” and closed the window. We had to repeat a simple 3-drink order FIVE times. We did not modify these drinks in any way. Messing up the drink order is fine, it’s fixable but very poor customer service.

  Placed a delivery order via the Sonic website on 9-18-26. Sonic contracted DoorDash to deliver. Order was delivered to wrong address and I never received it. Called Store and they rudely said it was a DoorDash issue not theirs and they would do nothing. DoorDash can't do anything as I didn't order nor pay through them, I ordered directly through Sonic. Having to dispute charge on my credit card to get a refund. Absolutely ridiculous!

  Had a minor discrepancy on a previous order. Lilly the manager, made sure we'd not have that service and overly compensated us for the inconvenience. She was very kind and attentive! She didn't make it seem as if it were an inconvenience. You've got a TRUE team winner! Thank you Lilly

  My daughter and I stopped by at around 3pm after shopping in Plainfield. We got chicken strips that were hard and obviously very old. Chili was blackish in color and cool to touch. Our Fries and burger were cold and our drinks were watered down with barely any ice. Do better!

  This is my edited review because I cannot post 2 reviews on this location. I don’t understand why everytime I come here the people running it always get something wrong today wed, 26th around 4:40 I came to get a slushee and a pretzel my total came out to like 5.47 or something and I gave the guy 2 5 dollar bills and he gave me my food and gave me like 40 cents back.. Also to add they didn’t even mix the slushee. The first time I came I had a mobile order and added the modification in the app where you can change it to light ketchup and pickles instead of the normal amount and they put ONLYYY pickles and ketchup on that I was like mannnn. Staff needs training for something
