  Our order included a Big Mac with no lettuce as I cannot eat lettuce. We stopped in the drive through on our wayvto Ondy. When I opened the sandwich it was c covered with shredded lettuce. I had to wait until I got home to try to scrape off the lettuce....most of the sauce was also lost as it was mixed with b yhe lettuce. By b this time it was cold and pretty bad, so was wasted. How hard is it to make a Big Mac with nonlettuce,?

  This is the worst McDonald's I ever been to. The workers are extremely rude. I ordered and the guy rang it up wrong. So I mentioned it was more expensive than usual thinking I might get a credit and he went off on me about I need to verify the order and continued to argue with me. I have never been talked to like that. It was the guy working the 1st window on 4/23/26 at around 10 am. He actually tried to act hard like he was going to do something. He was 5 feet tall. Lol Place is trash and I would avoid going here. I won't again.

  Unlike other McDonald's locations, this one does not allow you to purchase the toys separately from the Happy Meals. I had 11 of the 12 Super Mario Galaxy toys and went to 6 different locations around Monrovia, Mooresville, and Plainfield to try and find the Bowser Jr. I was missing. But not only does this location not sell the toys separately, they won't even check for you if they have one you might be missing so that you can order a Happy Meal to get it. Extremely poor and terrible customer service. It's no wonder this location has the rating that it does. That's fine, I won't waste my time coming to this useless McDonald's ever again.
