It appears that mobile orders from DoorDash and drive-through customers take precedence. We ended up receiving a drive-through order while we were in the lobby. It was the incorrect order, and I didn't even bother to ask about the single donut I had ordered for my little girl. The staff simply tosses the completed orders onto the counter, calls out the name, and then returns to their tasks. The whole experience feels quite impersonal. There’s no friendly greeting or farewell; it’s just a rather cold atmosphere overall.
- AAAidanJun 17, 20262.0the last 4 times i’ve been they’ve made my drink incorrectly, i literally put 2 things in my iced coffee and they mess up every single time. not to mention they raised the price for almost every menu item, changed the 6 dollar meal deal and again increased the price on the separate items, and NOW THEY MAKE THEIR EMPLOYEES BEG FOR TIPS THAT THEY DONT GIVE THEM. dunkin used to be the alternative to starbucks but it’s fr the same thing now. overpriced, unethical, and just not that great :/ also the eggs are plastic. no shade to the employees there they’re all super nice
