- KBKanessha Balfour1 day ago1.0The location near me in Avon did not have power so I went to this location. It was awful. The drive-thru was extremely slow. My refresher was watered down, my croissant did not taste fresh and the munchkins were horrible. I would not recommend.

I would like to specifically mention Raven, she is so sweet and bubbly, made small talk, smiled, waved and said hello to my kiddos in the back, and even asked if they could have a small treat! Those little small touches mean more than people know. Made the kids day and mine! In an era of unfriendly service staff being so common, she’s a major breath of fresh air! Someone give this girl a raise ♥️
- ASAli SmallJul 25, 20261.0The drive thru has an AI ask if you have a mobile order and when you say yes or no, either way, they have an employee ask what you need. Wait forever for the car ahead of you, every single time. Do not go here if you're in a hurry at all. Get to the window to be told the drink you already ordered on the app is no longer available and to choose a different flavor. When you ask for a refund instead you get told there's no manager working and they can't refund it. So ask for a gift card for the value of the drink to have the window shut in your face. One girl was pleasant but after the immediate attitude from the other one when a refund was requested, it just shows horrible customer service. Nothing was resolved and that's really unfortunate since I prefer Dunkin drinks but this Dunkin just can't get it right. Twice before this I've also been given the right type of drink in a completely wrong flavor, not sure how that happens twice.

And I guess they cant give you a receipt because they cant print more then one. They also cant remember a single thing to save their lives (reasons why u cant have your receipt) just trashy people all together. The dunkin on the far east side has better stars then you. Thats says a lottttt. DO BETTTTERRR. 🤣 so glad im a grown adult that chose a better job for my life. Even when I was in food I didnt act like yall. I would ask for refund and ask the manger what hes plans to do with the food alllll over again if I could 🤣🤣🤣
