  Ordered thru door dash (we are outside their delivery radius) and extremely disappointed. Donatos is typically my fiances favorite pizza but this time they really fumbled. Forgot the sauces we paid for and both items received where burnt pretty significantly. The pizza was half salvageable but the canzone was junk.

  Stay away!!! Incompetent staff and leadership. CORPORATE go away from the door dash delivery model its killing your business. Oh and your GM should probably be demoted shes horrible.

  We have ordered delivery from here for a few years now. Don’t know why we keep giving this location our money. The time estimate for delivery is never met. Even tonight, we scheduled delivery for 6 PM. I called the store at 6:25 and the worker said “It’s leaving the store now” thats unacceptable especially with no phone call or notice to us. It’s almost always a Doordash person delivering the food. Often 30+ minutes late than posted time. Pizza is not usually warm and it looks like zero care is put into preparation of the orders. We have had positive experiences with multiple other locations, but this might be the worst run Donatos we have ever gotten food from. DO NOT GET FOOD FROM HERE.
