  Guys..!! Not sure why and how 1,868 people on an average rating of this place was 3.9. We were helped by Cameron(at the table) and Doug(in the kitchen). They are the rockstars and the absolute best of what they do. They deserve no less than 5 stars (with 5 being the max) in all the available categories.Thank you both for making us smile, being such great hosts, and humble people. You are the BEST...!!

  We normally eat here about once a month and have had great service in the past. However this most recent visit will be our last. Upon arrival, we waited in a line with no customers. We were not greeted by neither hostess’. No big deal, we don’t mind waiting if it’s busy, which I’ll note again - there was no line, a few tables and booths were empty and needed to be cleaned before next use. Two other people came in after our insanely large party of 2. They were greeted and seated promptly. No wait, no reservation. I know this because I was standing directly beside them as they were greeted and moved to their seats. I can look past delayed service. I was still feeling hopeful. A different hostess rudely picked some menus and told us to follow her to a seat. No “hi, folks, follow me” just “we have no booths. Can I seat you at a table?” I said no I can wait a little longer for a booth to be cleaned (there are an already a few empty) luckily we were seated in a less than busy part of the facility with Alyssa. Alyssa got our drinks, took our order. Our appetizer was over cooked and falling apart but I didn’t think much of it. Our meal came out part by part for just some chicken strips and Mac’c’cheese which was also cold by the time I got it. Again, did not complain. The last straw was when I asked for my missing Mac’c’cheese about 10 minutes after all the other food arrived and Alyssa half hazardly slide the side onto the table which collided with my other plates. I tried to eat my meal for a few minutes before deciding ultimately that we did not need to be there. I can excuse a lot of things and maybe it was a busy rush before we walked in but I truly felt like we were not welcome here. I held back tears as I asked my husband to get our ticket before I left the establishment and to let him handle the bill. It’s sad to say the buffalo wild wings of Plainfield will no longer be a place we frequent.

  TAKEOUT ORDERS BEWARE OF EXTRA CHARGES. I placed three online orders recently, and I was charged extra on two of those orders. This is a carry out/to-go order placed online. Please check your transactions/receipts if you’ve placed an online order with them recently. The food is great, but charging extra without the customers permission is ridiculous.

  I had 30 boneless wings with my friends and the food was very gross and it tests bad I talked with the manager, the manager was rude I will never go back again!

  Got everything I came for sat at the bar had no wait it was a good time nothing to write home about but hey for what it was worth I give it 5 stars margarita was good wings were nice as well bartender was on point with her service
