  The staff were wonderful. The 2 ladies helped me work through an issue with the app and were very kind and patient the whole time.

  I’m at a loss for words. Once I finally reached the counter to place my order, the staff kept asking if that was everything after every item. It wasn’t until about 10 minutes later that I was informed of the price. Another 15 minutes later, I was still waiting at the counter for my food. Meanwhile, the employee behind the counter was using a vape in the food preparation area. Upon inspecting the food when I got home, I was shocked by the poor quality. There were no straws, and one of the drinks was supposed to be diet but was regular. The fries had clearly been sitting out for a long time. I had ordered the Swiss melt, but they had forgotten to include the dip. This is far from the first bad experience I’ve had at this location. There’s clearly no oversight or competent management running the stores. .

  This is my go to Arby’s location by far! They have never messed up my order and I usually have many substitutions. I believe Arby’s gets way too much hate! I get their chicken sandwich, fries, and a drink. Their chicken sandwich definitely can hang with Popeyes and KFC. They have great food and always great service too!

  It's an Arby's. Don't expect too much and you'll be fine. The food is usually acceptable and the staff are often nice. But you can catch it on a bad day, and the experience is less than stellar.
