  I’ve been coming to this location since it opened and have always had an issue with the service. You’d think I would learn my lesson but I guess not. I don’t understand why you have 2 lines if you’re not going to have 2 separate people taking orders. Why do you only have 1 employee servicing both lines with cars hanging out into the road into the KFC parking lot? Absolutely ridiculous. What should have been a max 10 minute wait turned into a 35 minute wait. You need to address this issue immediately. Hire more staff if you have too. I don’t know why you would assume the morning rush would be anything but a RUSH. Also, why is there no order to how the employee takes orders? They seem to favor one line over the other. So cars that arrive after you get their order taken first and leave before you while you’re still sitting 10 cars deep? Ridiculous. Who even manages this location? Children? And if it’s an issue with people calling out, the manager needs to come in and help provide coverage so that the employees aren’t working so short staffed.

  Employees were very productive and efficient however the matcha was straight up milk with a side of ice cubes and was incredibly pale green. Did not taste good. I got a cup of milk? Looked much more pale irl.

  I would like to start off saying. My wife and i have been coming here since they opened. We have never had a problem. The kids that wait on us have always been friendly and considerate. That being said we were there Friday and ordered 3 drinks . My wife ask that one of them have no ice . Because we were taking it home to my daughter and we weren’t coming straight home . When we received the one with no ice it was a little more than have a cup . I know that they don’t top it off with less ice . Which the more I think about it is wrong . I pay for a full cup . At 8 or 9 dollars a cup I think you can give me a full cup . I don’t blame this as much on the kids working. But as a company policy . So I don’t know if we will be back .

  This was my first time visiting 7 Brew Coffee and for the drink I got was a recommendations from an app that I use called lemons8 the drink I ordered I got extra ice but next time I will not get the extra ice because it was too much ice but other than that the drink was great the service was great

  the left lane was moving much faster than the right so i tried to switch over and they made me go back into my lane? at 11:30 AM on a Friday, its not exactly a rush period. No one took my order the entire time that I waited in line and the girls just sat outside on the ground, watching all of us wait??? it makes no sense. i was in my lane for over 10 minutes while the other lane was completely empty it's very very poor customer service and it's honestly just plain rude. it's also extremely inefficient and makes me feel like my time is not valued at that location.
