    Absolutely insane experience for a Subway (not in a good way). We ordered BOGO footlongs for pickup and were informed they were out of the meat upon arrival (turkey). We expressed no worries and asked for a refund. The two employees (<16) could not perform the refund because their manager was in Florida on vacation. They tried to call manager several times with no answer. Asked us to call back when she returned from Florida later this week and that we would receive a refund then. I called and explained the situation and she immediately interrupted me yelling "well, I am the manager and nobody called me for refunds. We don't do refunds after that day so they should've told you that." I then asked how I could get a refund and she told me the only way is to call a phone # and that I "better have kept my receipt cuz otherwise it's not happening." She then repeatedly screamed the number and I asked for a moment to get a pen. She interrupted me again and I expressed this customer service has not been the best and just want a second to get a pen to write the number down. She told me no and hung up at that point. I tried to call back twice to get the number and she stated "you can call back 100 times, I'm not going to answer you." I have absolutely no idea where this behavior came from - manager is clearly unstable. I just wanted a simple refund which was promised by her employees while on vacation. I'm also nearly positive it is illegal to leave two 16 year olds in the establishment by themselves given that you must be 18+ to work a slicer per law. Overall, never got our food and never received a refund.
