  We were about 12 hours into a 14 hour drive that was supposed to be a 10 hour drive total and the kids wanted mozzarella sticks. We pulled into the Peru Arby’s and doing our best to just get the food and get going. The lady Amber in the window just started talking to us. Like she knew us. She was so nice and friendly. Talked to the kids so they got to get their talking out while we waited for the food. She was so nice and polite that I left and me and my wife talked about how awesome of an experience it was. Peru is a cute little town and we will be stopping in Peru again. And we will stop by and see if Amber is working again to say hi. If there was a way to do more than 5 stars I would. And p.s the kids loved the sticks.

  Food was made incorrectly. I could eat it and pick up the correct sandwich another day or drive clear from one end of town to the other and back to get the correct sandwich now, they took the other sandwich back. Nothing for my time or gas. 0 for customer service. Do better!!!

  I ordered 2 ham and cheese sliders, A turkey bacon ranch sandwich, and a French dip minus cheese, minus bun. I told him I was going to put it on a gluten free bun when I got home. So after a long wait in line I finally got to the window. They seemed confused about my order. I asked the guy at the window is everything there. I mentioned the bunless sandwich and sauce for it. Plus the other sandwiches. I got home my au just wasn’t there. My French fries were old and hard. I called and told them about the mixup and she said oh did we forget au jus? Do you want to come back? Being a special order you would think they would try to get it right. Not be condescending. Maybe get gluten free buns because they are many of us who have allergies.

  I got to Arby's lobby at 10:50pm on Friday night and got my food before 11pm and was going to dine in and was told I couldn't eat inside cuz the lobby closes at 11pm. Then the coupon I had wasn't accepted at that Arby's. I've never had problems at any other Arby's with the coupons I get in the mail.
