    I ordered 2 ham and cheese sliders, A turkey bacon ranch sandwich, and a French dip minus cheese, minus bun. I told him I was going to put it on a gluten free bun when I got home. So after a long wait in line I finally got to the window. They seemed confused about my order. I asked the guy at the window is everything there. I mentioned the bunless sandwich and sauce for it. Plus the other sandwiches. I got home my au just wasn’t there. My French fries were old and hard. I called and told them about the mixup and she said oh did we forget au jus? Do you want to come back? Being a special order you would think they would try to get it right. Not be condescending. Maybe get gluten free buns because they are many of us who have allergies.

    I got to Arby's lobby at 10:50pm on Friday night and got my food before 11pm and was going to dine in and was told I couldn't eat inside cuz the lobby closes at 11pm. Then the coupon I had wasn't accepted at that Arby's. I've never had problems at any other Arby's with the coupons I get in the mail.

    Got two of the meat & 3 boxes probably the best food we’ve ever gotten here staff was fast and polite restaurant was clean! Good job guys!!

    I was boycotting this store , because last time, AST year( Springish time ,,I walked in and asked if I could get a large instead of two small;the guy said he couldn’t do it , I said lunch does it all,the time , then MISS ATTITUDE walked up,asked her ; got even more of a ATTITUDE from her… and I stayed away for about a year … the I was just in there ;had to wait 5-10 to even get waited on took my order; waited even longer…. While she kept taking care of drive through, there was ONLY 3 people in there working at DINNER time … got my food , got home … EVERYTHING had been sitting there for a long time. Mozzarella sticks was cold or BARELY warm I get you’d say , and DRY you could tell it had been sitting there for a LONG time, the EXACT same thing for the Mozzarella sticks; and AGAIN same exact thing for the peach cobbler;and the Curley fries…. Most likely the same thing for the roast beef sandwich….i see why or remember why I stopped going in there … won’t be back,don’t ask for me details, ALL the details are in the review,..I read some of your replies how much more details could you possibly need …I laughed when I read some of the comments and reviews,fast friendly service,total BS …I will admit Lunch Time is more friendly, your night management SUCKS,EVERY TIME I’ve been there at dinner time, usually a long time to get waited on ,not enough employees for that time of day ..and almost ALWAYS get ATTITUDE from the one that APPEARS to be manager….this IS NOT a one time thing….{ so I am going to guess that means you guys are going to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about it ,how typical of a big company.
