  I ordered the medium roast beef combo. I asked for my curly fries extra crispy. They did great! But for some reason I got a roast beef and cheddar with some sauce on it. I can't eat cheese. 😢

  Horrible, Horrible Horrible!!! The 2 OLD LADIES in the morning shift are rude!! Theres 2 of them and there both mean mean mean old lasies! They need to learn good customer service!!!!! Gosh! I mean geez! Why be mean to people? Well i will NEVER order from here again! And If i were you, I wouldn’t WOULD NOT absolutely Wouldn’t go to THIS Arby’s in the morning!!!!! Unless you want to and insulted! and treated like you’re a dummy, and then have them roll your eyes at you. Im JUST shocked!!!!! Completely shocked over my experience there!

  I was served COLD & STALE fries. I was met with an awful attitude when I politely went in to ask if I could have fresh fries. And then when I was handed the fresh fries, the lady was mean mugging. Awful customer service today. I also heard a lady say “they were fresh because we’ve been so busy” to another employee. A quick feel of the fries would have told them all they needed to know.. if I spend $50 for dinner for my family, I don’t want COLD food.
