  Ordered my food through the McDonald’s app for delivery. They forgot the bacon McDouble (most expensive item on my order) and when I called about it, I was met with nothing but attitude for their mistake. Extremely frustrating. I got a code to replace the item next time I come in, except that was my dinner and now I have to go hungry as I can’t drive to go pickup my replacement. Horrible attitude from the staff, not to mention the delivery fee, service fee, and tip I paid to have it delivered. Definitely recommend not going here, as if they make a mistake, you’ll be met with attitude and no help! 👎👎👎👎

  Between 9am and 5pm prolly best time to go if you want your food made correctly and in a timely manner wldnt recommend those times for sweet tea or frappes Iv gotten several sweet teas that well weren't and the young lady that wrks in the evening makes the best frappes

  Yeah waited 20 mins for a chicken tender meal and a quarter pounder meal, I watched 20 cars come and go went inside and they said oh we’re still making it waiting on a quarter pounder then it comes out cold fries because I waited 20 minutes for a sandwich place is trash. I watched the lady walk around and give everybody their food and was confused and kept going car to car with other people’s food not knowing who’s food went to what This place has no management and has no idea what’s going on. Everybody’s here confused and all rude

  I placed a online order and when I arrived in the drive thru they couldn’t get me my order so I came inside and they said I need to get a refund through the app because they couldn’t find my order when online I showed them it wasn’t allowed a refund because they already started on the food (what the app says) the man was rude and blamed the whole situation on me instead of trying to figure out any solution I was there 15-20 minutes for 2 double cheese burgers that’s it

  I have been going to this location for many years. In the last year I feel the service has really declined. Young employees that don't care and just are there for a pay check. They forget items, they don't make orders correctly and they act like it's the customer fault. Then when the customer gets upset they don't know why. You have a drive thru for convenience. But for some reason i have to come in. I understand you get busy but everyone should matter.
