  I ordered late at night, around 9:30 pm. I ordered 2 things of 8x Boneless Mild Wings with fries. Got there, food was waiting for me and I was the only customer there so I was able to get in and get out which was nice. Issue is, I got home and opened the bag to find both baskets of fries upside down and only 1 box of wings. So I wasted my money buying two boxes of wings and I have ordered from other locations before, carried my bags in many different ways, never have I spilled the fries once. Very upsetting.

  Walked in the floor looked horrible water everywhere. The cashier didn’t know how to take orders nor payment. Took 15 mins to place an order. Got my food order was still wrong and received no ranch. Th whole time they were confused.

  I ordered food to be done at a later time. When I arrived at that time it wasnt ready. My fries were done but nothing else, so they sat there on the counter while I waited 30 minutes for the rest of the food. They were a soggy mess by the time I got them home. My wings had absolutely no flavor at all and hardly any sauce and we got 6 different flavors between to 4 meals. I feel bad for the lady that was bagging the orders because she was really trying her best while the line had no clue what was going on including the manager that came back to help fix the mess. This was my 1st time trying wingstop and definitely my last. Wasted a lot of money.
