  The delivery person waiting over 20 minutes to pick up food. When I got my drink The confetti cookie freeze, the whole drink was made in a different way. Their was no toppings with confetti and their was basically just ice in it, with barely any syrup. The food has barley any topping in it so theirs no point in buying the food either at this specific location.

  I think they need better leadership. The person in charge doesn't speak English, wears gloves, and touches their phone while trying to use the translator. Don't get me wrong, It's clear this person is doing their best, but he need better training to lead the operation.

  Debería haber la opción de ponerle cero estrellas a un lugar, este es el peor restaurante en el que he comido en mucho tiempo, al momento de escribir esta reseña tengo una hora esperando por una orden que no tiene nada de particular, más nuuuuuuuuunca vuelvo a este lugar que está lejos de llamarse restaurante. No sé cómo la franquicia permite que usen su nombre.

  This taco bell has become the worst on wait time. Was in the drive thru without a single car moving for 20 minutes. Then once it finally did move, the next 3 cars got their food in seconds (which means those 3 must have been sitting there ready, getting cold, while waiting on the one car's order). They need to learn how to tell a car that has a long wait to pull around so everyone else can get their food and leave.
