  I would love to rate this place as 5 stars, however, we have been there twice to try the Prime Rib and both times they were out. I know there are limited quantities which is why we planned to be there early. The 1st visit was a Friday at 5 pm when they open at 4 pm. The next trip was today as the menu adverstises prime rib on Fri-Sun. We arrived at 1130 am and we're told they only offer it Fri and Sat. If Sun is not an option, the menu should be updated to reflect this. I will change my rating if we are ever able to try the prime rib.

  Not a great experience. Was offered bread by server but nobody actually gave us any. Wife and daughter ordered ribeye but were served prime rib. Was told by server that they mix up ribeye and prime rib all the time. Why would anyone in a "steak house" say something like that? Had to wait a while for the two ribeyes. Wife's was fine, but daughter's was undercooked. Wanted medium but was cooked rare. She was too hungry to send food back a second time. My food went cold waiting. My NY strip was also pretty overcooked. It was less than half an inch thick. I could see why they had trouble hitting medium rare. I get that things can go wrong in a restaurant. We were surprised that with how long it took to get those two ribeyes, no one offered to at least comp our appetizer or give us a dessert to share. Didn't even see a manager. Just, 'oops, we mixed up the ribeye and prime rib one again'. (Not a direct quote).

  Me and the wife went here for a date night as neither of us had been here before. The food was top tier. We started with the quest brisket dip which was amazing and had plenty of brisket in it for me and my wife to share. We both got steaks which were cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. I got the Caesar Salad as one of my sides and it was one of the best Caesar salads I have had in a long time. The loaded baked potato was definitely loaded and was also loaded with flavor. The waiter was amazing and very helpful in every step. He was very easy to talk to and down to earth. Anytime we needed anything he was there to help. I would highly recommend this place for a nice night out.

  Let’s start with our server, Karissa, who was amazing. She was not only on top of everything, but incredibly friendly. Great sense of humor, educated us on the restaurant and genuinely cared about our experience. The food was fantastic as well. We had two appetizers (range rattlers and tenderloin bites) and we could tell the food was made from scratch. The prime rib, filet Oscar and even the cheeseburger were all cooked to perfection. The sides were great and the portions fair. So glad this place is in Noblesville and look forward to visiting again soon.

  Started out by meeting Sam, our server. First time here, so she told a little about what to expect. Followed by a suggestion of her fav drinks. I opted for the Texas Iced Tea (I think). Came out very tasty. Followed by the Sirloin, and a filet. Cut with your fork soft! One of the best steaks. Sam was on top of her game getting the specific orders down, and checking on us frequently. Probably one of the best servers we have had. She said the cheesecake was fabulous, so we opted for the creamiest satisfying cheesecake! Kudos to Saltgrass and thank you Sam!!
