I grew up in Noblesville, but live in Indianapolis and had not been to this Pizza Hut in about a decade. My daughter and I were craving a good salad bar, and a friend of hers said hey they still have it at the Pizza Hut in Noblesville so we went today around 230/245p.
We were seated quickly. But we sat at our table for about 15 minutes before a server came to take our drink order. Oddly enough, it was the person that also sat us. By that time, we also knew what we wanted to eat so we also ordered our food.
We ordered the 10 breadsticks, small supreme pizza, two salad bars. It took about 20 minutes for frozen, heated up breadsticks to come out, which were lukewarm, as if they had been sitting. The pizza came out a few minutes later, a bit overcooked, extremely too crunchy becuse of it and also lukewarm as if it had also just sat in the back.
Service was not great. Yes, seated quickly but 15 minutes for anyone to come to our table for even drinks, when it was not busy, isn’t good service. We were checked on twice the entire 75/90 minutes there, to which the first time I had to ask for a refill. That’s kind of a pet peeve. If I’m in the middle of the meal, just bring the refill. If it’s towards the end of the meal, it would make sense to ask. Dirty plates were left on the table when we had set them on the edge…. for them to be removed. The second time the server came back, we were clearly done, but we had to ask for our bill.
Salad bar hit the spot, but it’ll probably be another decade before I return. I miss the old Pizza Hut I grew up with.
