  Ordered a medium sausage pizza and a six piece Parmesan garlic wing to be delivered to my house. I did say for them to place the items at the door usually when I do place an order and say that they still knock and they knock hard enough for me to hear I hadn’t gotten a notification nor heard a knock that my order was delivered and I opened the door. I don’t know how long it happened out there, but my items were out there. I picked it up and it had ants and flies in the food. I called the store and they’re refusing to replace the pizza or do anything about it due to me calling about quality of pieces and orders in the past I’m telling them to not continue to refer to past incidents as in the past I didn’t have bugs in my food, but this time I did and I did not hear a knock at the door. They wanted to argue that but they did knock knowing I did not hear anything and they try to give me the customer service number which I called and they were not able to do anything as soon as I bought up health department to them they wanted to finally say they were going to give me a refund I will not be returning back to this location ever again. One of the managers has a very smart mouth. She also hung up the phone and was very argumentative.

  This used to be a great Papa John’s location. The food always arrives fast and warm. However the food is overcooked EVERY time. This started probably 6 months ago and it’s been consistent since then unfortunately (5+ times). The delivery driver will also ask for an extra tip if he doesn’t think it’s enough.

  We have only ever ordered delivery from this location. I will say the food has always arrived in a timely manner and is nice and hot-their delivery team is great. However, a lot of the time the pizzas and breadsticks from this location tend to be very overcooked or burned. I make sure to select the normal bake time for our orders and at least half of the time something has been baked too long. When the food is not burned it is really tasty. I do not know if there was a period of time we were ordering there was a new person working there or if they were having issues with the ovens. I like to give the benefit of the doubt but this started to be such a common occurrence we just do not order Papa Johns anymore.

  There is a young lady by the name Lily that works at this location and she is fantastic, very kind, and patient. I placed an online order and Lily went above and beyond with her assistance. Lily customer service was exceptionally great and very much appreciated! Also to note; my family and I has ordered pizza and etc.. from this location multiple times and we have never had an issue and have always been satisfied with our food!
