Very kind staff. If they get something wrong they’re happy to make it right (though its rare they get something wrong). Not happy with corporate for directing me to a foreign call center first, but not the fault of this great store.

Kindest staff ever!!! They were so busy from the concert rush, but they even helped me with a glitch in the app. Very grateful! Deserving of more than 5 stars!!!

Ordered a medium sausage pizza and a six piece Parmesan garlic wing to be delivered to my house. I did say for them to place the items at the door usually when I do place an order and say that they still knock and they knock hard enough for me to hear I hadn’t gotten a notification nor heard a knock that my order was delivered and I opened the door. I don’t know how long it happened out there, but my items were out there. I picked it up and it had ants and flies in the food. I called the store and they’re refusing to replace the pizza or do anything about it due to me calling about quality of pieces and orders in the past I’m telling them to not continue to refer to past incidents as in the past I didn’t have bugs in my food, but this time I did and I did not hear a knock at the door. They wanted to argue that but they did knock knowing I did not hear anything and they try to give me the customer service number which I called and they were not able to do anything as soon as I bought up health department to them they wanted to finally say they were going to give me a refund I will not be returning back to this location ever again. One of the managers has a very smart mouth. She also hung up the phone and was very argumentative.

This used to be a great Papa John’s location. The food always arrives fast and warm. However the food is overcooked EVERY time. This started probably 6 months ago and it’s been consistent since then unfortunately (5+ times). The delivery driver will also ask for an extra tip if he doesn’t think it’s enough.
