So I gave my granddaughter $50.bill to pay for the food. The older man was very rude because she paid with a $50. bill. He said we don't take $50. bill. She looked at him and said the order was $45. I don't know if the guy didn't know how to make change. Or thought she should leave the rest of the money as a tip, or was just being a jerk. When she got ready to leave the said, no one the rest of the night take cash orders. I don't know what the problem with taking her $50. was but he needs to learn how to talk to customers.

I observed multiple customers and delivery drivers walk in…zero acknowledgement from staff…hey welcome in, hey I’ll be with you, give me just a moment, nothing …it was literally like the episode from Seinfeld where they went to the soup restaurant…at least the customers were afraid to not be served bc the soup was that good…thankfully if your buying through DoorDash you never have to have this interaction…it was widely uncomfortable…I can only assume they are recruiting employees from the BMV across the street…again not expecting above and beyond here…yet a simple greeting and acknowledgment would go so far
