  A lot of things could improve. We had a party of 7. Two orders were completely wrong, especially the cheese burgers with no cheese on them. Kind of a lack luster type atmosphere. Tables wiped down but empty cups left on the tables. Was told that ketchup pumps were empty because another company comes in and fills them up. Another employee says we don't use them because we have packets. No constituency throughout the store. Let's try and work on standards. Best of luck. 😎👍

  Waited 20 mins for a mobile order in drive thru, only to be told they were out of everything I ordered, and that I could not be refunded without a card I didn’t have physically (since I had a mobile order.)

  I don't get the struggle of the evening crew ice cold food fries so cold they hard almost like they weren't cooked and chicken nuggets also ice cold and tasted horrible 2 large drinks only half way filled take forever has to be embarrassing to be this bad at the most simple job 16 got crew chief but here can't even get hot food for god sakes

  I went last night drive thru at took 40 minutes for a burger,whe I saw the kid taking care the orders and I asked him why you don’t tell that guy is mopping help you,his response was if I do that,I will leave at 3 am ;got there 8:52 let’s 9:38,I Called this morning and the manager all he said was;he is a kid is nothing I can’t do about it,come later and I’ll give you a free burger🤣🤣🤣 I’m a Chef and been 36 years in this industry and is the first time I heard that reponse,the most stupid and nonsense… A lot of people drove away last night,keep it up;no wonder Dairy Queen has more business the this place.
