  Put the Mc back the way it was! Ketchup, napkins and soda in the dining areas, …….Forget it! You’re not worth saving.

  Took over 20 minutes to receive a mobile order. Lobby and restrooms weren't clean. Staff acted like Zombies. Never heard a single word out of them to anyone except to scream numbers.

  This has absolutely got to be the worst McDonalds in all of Hamilton County. Frequently makes every vehicle pull around because they can’t get their orders out in the time allotted but want to cook their metrics. They get orders wrong frequently. See pictures. They have one job of delivery orders correctly and accurately and they fail more often than they succeed. I’m just going to start driving the 20 minutes route trip out of my way to go to 116 where it’s a better consistent experience. The management here must absolutely blow because it’s been like this for a very long time.

  Food was lukewarm and when I asked for fresh food they gave me overcooked fries back that seemed like mine reheated. Won’t be back. Will advise others to avoid because your employees don’t care and either you do not manage them properly or you don’t pay them enough to care. You pick.

  I had gotten some food and me and the person I was ordering with had gotten a large fry. They did not give us the large fry but charged us $29 for something they forgot. Worst service I’ve had from this McDonald’s.
