- TDTom DooleyAug 24, 20261.0I write this with a fair amount of apprehension. I love 5 guys burgers. With that being said; how staff treat you goes a long way toward what the experience is. Everything was fine until we got our food. One burger was fine and very good. The second was supposed to be a hamburger and it came with cheese. We let them know. They redid it, no worries, right...wrong. it came back out with raw onions instead of grilled onions. After a few minutes, they asked me to come up and see the difference between raw and grilled onions, as if that isn't apparent. Then I was asked to have my significant other come up so they could show her. When she came back the help was huddled together looked at us a shook his head. That's when I got pretty upset. It shouldn't be this big of a deal that the customer is made to feel like they inconvenienced the staff when they get the order wrong. And then to look at us as if we were the problem. Do yourself a favor and go to a location that isn't at Hamilton Town Center.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
