    First time trying Dutch Bros - horrible first impression. This morning we tried Dutch Bros for the first time ever. Ordered 2 large drinks - an iced coffee and a blended energy, and a small seasonal shake and two sliders. First drink came out a small instead of a large. So when I mentioned it was supposed to be a large she refunded my order and re did it. I told her everything but the shake is a large. She only repeated the flavors not the sizes. First drunk comes out again - it’s right this time. Second drink comes out, the coffee - it’s wrong. It came out as a medium. Third drink comes out - it’s correct. When I ask about sizing differences she said they’d be the same for large. When I mention I ordered a large she goes I read it back to you as a medium. No, you read me flavors. Drinks are good. But I don’t know if I can justify 10-15 minutes at the window, multiple charges and STILL can’t get the right order.

    The service is always good and they always make me very good drinks 😊 I've been consistently going here for a year and I love it. I do think the managers need to hire some more help for busier times! But that is not a poor reflection on the workers only management.

    I love this place but ordering a drink ahead at 3pm and then standing here until 330 is ridiculous. Get these people some help. Instead you put tables outside front because you know the wait time is ridiculous

    Product was decent. Definitely NOT 1st come 1st serve in the drive thru. If you are near by try it but don't go out of your way.

    Don't know why Dutch Bros is so hyped. Coffee is okay and service is subpar. Waited 15 min walk up for a Irish creme coffee.
