    During my visit on Wednesday morning at 6:40 a.m., I spent approximately 30 minutes in line for a cup of coffee, despite only five vehicles ahead of me when I arrived. I believe that taking orders and payments from customers at the start of the line is acceptable if the orders are processed in a timely manner while we wait. However, it appeared that only one barista was present in the building, while the other was at the back of the line taking more orders, further contributing to the delay. Additionally, I noticed that the barista at the drive-thru window was preparing drinks for customers at the walk-up window, which seemed to exacerbate the situation as the drive-thru line grew to over ten plus vehicles. I believe that addressing these service efficiency issues could significantly enhance the customer experience. Thank you Dutch Bros coffee for making me 5 minutes late today.

    Slow service. Make sure you schedule time because they move slow. We arrived at 8:09 a.m. and left at 8:22 a.m. there's no reason why this happened. There are 2 cars in front of us. They each got 2 small drinks. We ordered 2 large drinks ahead for pick up and they were very slow. There's no reason for it to take that long. I looked in the mirror and a huge line started to form.there needs to be a pick up line for those that ordered early. Structure is needed. DO BETTER.

    The location and drinks are great! And everyone is always kind but it takes so slow to get your drink. Whether it’s in the morning or evening, they always take a while to get the drinks made and out.
