    WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW!! Let me start with that I have never been a coffee drinker. I only started on 8/20, a few hours after my firstborn entered the world. The closest coffee shop was a newer Dutch Bros location so I decided to give it a shot. Well…I have “given it an extra shot” every day since that day getting a medium or large of mocha iced latte. Never a coffee drinker, now I MUST have one daily, and the only option for me is Dutch Bros. Why? Because the product has been delicious and consistent EVERY SINGLE TIME for 8 days in a row. The product has been delivered quickly for 8 days in a row. The service/staff has been comparable (dare I say beyond) to chick fil a. Broistas are showing up with a smile, a friendly attitude, and relatable approachable smile and swagger every single day. I am 30 years old, and have never been a coffee drinker. Now, I will not only be a coffee drinker, but will be a loyal Dutch Bros customer and advocate for life. I will continue to show up daily at this location, because they continue to show up for me, every single time.

    During my visit on Wednesday morning at 6:40 a.m., I spent approximately 30 minutes in line for a cup of coffee, despite only five vehicles ahead of me when I arrived. I believe that taking orders and payments from customers at the start of the line is acceptable if the orders are processed in a timely manner while we wait. However, it appeared that only one barista was present in the building, while the other was at the back of the line taking more orders, further contributing to the delay. Additionally, I noticed that the barista at the drive-thru window was preparing drinks for customers at the walk-up window, which seemed to exacerbate the situation as the drive-thru line grew to over ten plus vehicles. I believe that addressing these service efficiency issues could significantly enhance the customer experience. Thank you Dutch Bros coffee for making me 5 minutes late today.

    Slow service. Make sure you schedule time because they move slow. We arrived at 8:09 a.m. and left at 8:22 a.m. there's no reason why this happened. There are 2 cars in front of us. They each got 2 small drinks. We ordered 2 large drinks ahead for pick up and they were very slow. There's no reason for it to take that long. I looked in the mirror and a huge line started to form.there needs to be a pick up line for those that ordered early. Structure is needed. DO BETTER.
