Just left out of the store where the young man at register waited on the couple in front of me who happened to be white! Then walked away to help his coworker fix their coffee! I don’t see why it takes 2 of them to fix a order especially when you have someone else in line waiting and l was never acknowledged by several people that looked at me and did nothing, other employees just walked in front of me and looked at me and never asked me may l help you! So if you are in this area and want to visit this Dunkin and you are of color go somewhere else! They need to be boycotted!

I could see several employees and a few look at me, meanwhile I’m trying to not be rude and look at them… then I get my order after approximately a minute of sitting and it’s missing the cold foam I paid extra for. The guy at the window didn’t even say anything and I was frustrated at that point that I didn’t realize it was missing.. I think I’d rather go to Starbucks than this location of dunkin

I came through today and it’s raining, the woman out the window was holding my food out while I was coming around the corner and my food is now wet and cold. I’ve been coming to this location for years, and I don’t know what is up with the workers recently but I guess I’m just going to change locations because this is ridiculous. Also, I always order ahead on the app so my food is ready when I arrive. And the past few times that I went stuff that I have ordered has been out and they automatically Substitute it For something I didn’t even ask forinstead of offering me a refund.
