Cold food, soupy bowls, stale chips, the queso was one big lumpy chunk in the bowl, skimpy steak portion (which was mostly fat), and the food just didn’t taste fresh at all. My husband and I both had bowls that were just literally filled with liquid. Picked the food up in the drive through and just looking in the window, it looks really unclean in the work area. I fear this is place is a food poisoning waiting to happen. Really disappointed we spent $40 on that. Super bummed because our area doesn’t have a lot of healthier quick options. I think 3 times was enough for me to see this is just how things are going to be done at this location. Sad. Back in the day chipotle used to be so good for a fast food option. Now it feels no different than Taco Bell, but with a higher price tag
