  This location has had some serious issues for a while now. I went a few weeks ago around lunchtime and they told me they were gonna open in about 10 to 30 minutes. I came back 15 minutes later and they said they weren’t gonna open anytime soon/didn’t have a time set yet. The past two times I’ve gone they have absolutely no veggies and today the chicken was inedible. I had to spit half of it out from all the gristle and fat in it. The beans and rice tasted undercooked and like there was absolutely no seasoning on them. The tomato salsa was gross too as it contained the stems of the tomatoes. I have no desire to go back to this location and I’ll go to the fishers one from now on

  I walked in at 2:45 pm(18th sep) and there were barely any customers but the person whoever was making the order was super slow. Maybe it’s their first day- it still took complete 11mins from build to cashing. The main concern wasn’t that though. The bowl I got barely weighed anything- I know they do 1 scoop of protein but the person barely filled the scoop.

  I have been here many times with no complaints, but it's been going downhill recently. Today on 9/9/26 at 4pm I walked in and stood at the front counter for 10 minutes without being acknowledged or helped by the two girls working the front. Just walking around, looking lazy, doing whatever they want, zero sense of urgency. I have never had an issue at this location in the past, but the complete lack of service today was unacceptable. Why are you hiring them if they don't want to work? I walked out and I won't be back.

  Let me start by saying that I’m a Chipotle fan and eat there often. This store is ran very poorly, so it seems and after reading other reviews, it seems to back up what I’m saying. They always have employee issues, the store is normally a mess, they hire people that don’t know basic customer service or know how to make a burrito. It would seem to me that there is a training/management issue. It’s something different every time I go in this store and will probably choose avoid it next time. I know hiring staff can be challenging in today’s market but hiring more staff could help to start and then training and then quality control. I don’t know how Chipotle would allow a store to be this bad because it’s a reflection on their brand. Here is a photo of my Barbacoa burrito I got about a month ago. All I can see is rice! Hopefully they can get this turned around because it’s so convenient for me.

  So why does Chipotle have such poor reviews. The food seems to almost always be good. Today is an example of why...and why many times I turn around and walk out! Initially...I walk straight up to the ordering point. Tall kid just looking at me....no greeting just staring. I had to assess what he was waiting for and ultimately asked if he was ready? He did a good job building my item... 2nd) There were 4-5 employees standing on the line. There was a couple people in front of me and it looked like a manager was training the cashier. As my order finished the other 2-3 stood blankly on the line....covered with food that missed the bowl or plate from previous orders....they drag my bowl through the slop...which for whatever reason is an immediate turn off.... I have left Chipotle locations before when I see a disgusting line...if they can't keep that clean...what makes anyone believe all the other preparations are done correctly. As i type this....I'm watching the entire crew just wander aimlessly, no cleaning, no refill of product...just standing hopelessly! 3) Quantity- I would venture to say alot of reviews stem from unhappy or unfulfilled customers. The price consumers pay....they deserve a filling amount of protein. The standard spoon used for serving protein is so subjective to the employee serving it. Some are great at building a heaping scoop....others are so fearful of the restaurants bottom line that they almost single handedly hit monthly goals in a single bowl (sarcasm!) 4) Tables - alot of the time the tables are dirty....watching the (4) behind the counter just standing....I can see why. I wonder when they got hired was it specifically said to each of them that they only have to do one single task.... Today is no different. I would say 80-90% of the tables need wiped down... i can see crumbs, cheese smear, and other trash on virtually every table. 5) Trash can - today the trash can is actually pretty good... but very often it is over full. I ate at this exact location a couple days ago....and all the cans even outside were spilling over. My review applies to all locations. I travel all over the country and its always the same simple problems. The food today was actually almost perfect.... the one thing I noticed was my food was actually almost hot....I rarely see hot food at Chipotle! Hope this goes past local management....Chipotle is my go to healthier restaurant option when I'm on the road and training! 5)
