- ARAllison RigginJul 31, 20261.0Extremely disappointing and poorly managed I have given this location multiple chances, and the problems are clearly not isolated incidents. The cleanliness, availability of food, and overall management are consistently poor. The dining area is frequently dirty, with overflowing trash cans and tables that clearly have not been cleaned. Utensils are also routinely missing, including basic things like forks. I have even encountered a Coke machine nozzle that had been put back incorrectly. That particular issue may have been a one-time mistake, but combined with everything else, it contributes to the impression that basic attention to detail is simply not happening. The biggest problem, however, is the consistent lack of food during peak hours. I have been here during both lunch and dinner and encountered major menu items being unavailable, including white rice, black beans, steak, and regular chicken. There is also no signage or other communication warning customers before they stand in line that items are unavailable. On one visit, I was actually turned away because the staff could not keep up with demand and said there would be a long wait for white rice and black beans. On another visit, at 8:00 PM on a Friday, there was a long line of customers and the wait for steak was approximately 30 minutes. Running out of food occasionally is understandable. Repeatedly running out of multiple staple ingredients during predictable peak hours, with no warning to customers and waits so long that people are being turned away, is a complete failure. After multiple visits with the same problems, I have very little confidence that this location is being managed effectively.
