  The app states "order ahead and skip the wait," but this is far from the truth. At this location only it seems. I waited 40 minutes for a shake and a blast that I ordered ahead on the app. That is insane! There was one kid running all the orders out and he looked like he was going to have a come apart any second. You need to hire more people to work your busier nights instead of allowing this 1 kid to go into cardiac arrest.

  I asked where I could wash my hands before I eat. The young man working said he would lose his job if he lets me use the bathroom. I have to use soap and water before I eat, hand sanitizer isn't enough. I will not be going back to this location, again. Very unsanitary in my opinion. Germs are everywhere and very real, do better sonic. Needles to say, I didn't order and our car club went somewhere else.

  Their card machine wasn't working at the drive up booth we were in and they should have had a sign up letting people know that. They ended up having to take our debit card inside to run it. They then waited for another order to be ready and was carrying that order out when they finally brought our debit card back. Wasn't our best visit there, but food was good and therefore we will be back.
