  We ordered 4 McDoubles and 6 chicken nuggets to go. None of the burgers has ketchup pickles or onions. The bread was old as well. The nuggets were ok. The burgers were so dry we almost choked on them. Won’t be going back to this one.

  Today May 10th 2026 at 8:31pm I came into your location to grab a quick bite as I was working all day. I went to the kiosk to place my order. I was paying cash so I had went to the register to pay. The lady eventually came up and mumbled something at first not sure what she said I asked if she was ok. She said again “ I DONT KNOW WHY EVERYONE IS COMING HERE” I asked what she meant she said WELL TODAY IS MOTHERS DAY AND THOUGHT MOST PEOPLE WOULD BE OUT WITH THERE MOTHERS AT A RESTAURANT !!! I told here I was sorry and that I did not have a mother as she died 2 years ago on Thanksgiving morning …. NOT A SORRY NO REMORSE NOTHING FROM HER… If I was not so hungry I would have just asked for my money back and walked out… More I thought about this interaction it made me more upset. As a business I pray you react to this review and hold a meeting and explain why they have a job there and to serve their guest with dignity and respect.

  I'm incredibly pissed off right now. To start last week I literally heard an employee tell somebody to leave and go somewhere else because they were too busy. Now this week I mobile order and am pulled for a single Happy meal a medium fry and a tea. I get pulled forward without my drink. It takes the guy bringing out the food to bring out the Happy meal and he forgot my tea and my other fries. Then he brings out my fries. And still not my tea. He said he'd go grab it. then takes 20 minutes before I call inside the store and ask for my tea because I've been sitting out there for 20 minutes with my INFANT screaming. When somebody finally comes out with my tea they are sitting right next to the door talking to somebody instead of bringing my drink and then talking to them. So I run up to her and tell her I want my drink because I've been waiting for so long and she catches an attitude with me because I told her I needed my drink so I could leave. Absolutely the worst McDonald's.

  Customer service is zero They hire bunch of lazy people who barely moves If you call them, they will be very rude and hangup on you. Order will sit there for 30 min and nobody dare to drop them to the customers Biggest joke

  Worst Frappe ever I will drive out of my way and go to boonville every time theirs is on point not to mention this location always serves cold food every time I give them a chance I regret wasting my precious money never again done with newburgh location Boonville is my go to McDonalds
