  I had an excellent experience at Jimmy John’s in Newburgh. From the moment I walked in, the employees were welcoming, polite, and attentive. They greeted us with a smile and worked efficiently while still making sure every order was accurate. It was clear that the staff takes pride in providing great customer service. The restaurant itself was spotless and very well maintained. The dining area was clean, organized, and had a comfortable atmosphere that made it enjoyable to sit and eat. You could tell cleanliness is a priority here. The food was fresh, flavorful, and prepared exactly the way I ordered it. My sandwich was made quickly with quality ingredients, and everything tasted great. It’s not always easy to find a place that combines fast service, friendly employees, a clean environment, and consistently good food, but this Jimmy John’s definitely does. I highly recommend this location and will absolutely be coming back.

  I just recently went to Newly Remodeled Location Jimmy John's in Newburgh. and the Manger the one with full Beard. I asked him if I could take pictures of the building and inside for marketing and advertising for Google and he said yeah it was fine and he said thank you for asking too, and and I tried one of their sandwiches at their new location. I honestly got to say it's a brand new location. It looks nice in there. It has TVs for the menu and they got catering menus to go. If you want to take something with you to go. There's plenty of staff in there too. I would say I had a pretty good experience going there when I went. And they didn't mind me taking photos either. And I've never had an issue with this location in Newburgh the staff's pretty nice and friendly and understanding. I just hope they make it here in Newburgh next to McDonald's and it's a brand new store too too. It's kind of small in there though but there's there's room outside too to sit. And I got my order quick less than 10 minutes. It was like 5 minutes for my order or even 2 Minutes. I wish I could try every single menu on Them on Jimmy John's I would love to do that.
