  I genuinely cannot say enough wonderful things about the Newburgh 7 Brew! I come here regularly, and I have never had anything but a positive experience. Everyone is always so incredibly sweet, friendly, and welcoming, and it’s honestly one of those places where the employees make your day a little better just by being themselves. The drinks are always delicious, but the people are truly what make this location so special! I especially wanted to recognize the two girls who were working today. They were handling a really large order while also trying to keep up with other customers, and I could tell they were doing everything they could to get everyone taken care of. Despite how busy they were, they continued working hard and maintaining such a positive attitude. I didn’t catch the name of the girl who handed me my drink, but she was genuinely so sweet and friendly! She made me feel just as welcomed as I always do, and my drink was absolutely perfect! I really hope management sees this because these girls deserve some recognition! Customer service can be incredibly demanding, especially when there are only two people trying to manage so much at once. It’s easy for people to notice when something goes wrong, but I think it’s just as important to recognize the employees who are doing their absolute best and still treating people with kindness. This is exactly why I love coming to this location. The entire team consistently goes above and beyond to create such a welcoming atmosphere, and I hope they know their hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. A little kindness can make someone’s entire day, and the employees here are a perfect example of that. Thank you to the two wonderful girls working today and to the entire Newburgh 7 Brew team for always making my visits so enjoyable! You all deserve to be appreciated! ❤️

  Rude employee, yanked the ipad away from us before we finished paying. Gave us attitude the whole time and complained about there only being 2 employees working and was upset that we ordered 4 drinks(as there was 4 of us in the car) 2nd time this employee had been rude with us in the past week.

  I was a bit disappointed with my drink that I received as it was mostly foam. The cup was roughly between a 1/4 and 1/2 full with liquid. The rest was foam.

  LOVE 7 Brew!!!! 100% the best coffee in town- and trust me, I am a self-proclaimed hardcore coffee critic lol. I hadn’t tried this place until this year, but now it’s the only coffee place I’ll drink. It’s also much more affordable than some of the other places. The sugar free blondie is my favorite!

  I love 7 brew . The crew did an amazing job. They were very polite. I asked about a drink with Carmel apple and they steered me to what I wanted. Gave me my straw, sticker, and drink and told me to have a wonderful rest of my day.
