  Very rude very condescending very snotty. Girl treated me like an idiot because I didn't understand the menus were inconveniently located only online I asked her for a Diet Coke she said A Diet what like she'd never heard of a Diet Coke told me we don't have Diet Coke and stuff now I know damned well they have some kind of diet something I said well I guess I don't know what you're all about and I drove off and she snarkily said goodbye to hell with this place I can get treated rudely by the general public for free I don't need to pay for it

  If you're an actual coffee lover, skip this place, tastes like Folgers. 2nd review, see below for 1st review the day before. HOT BREVE WITHOUT FLAVORING. I wanted actual coffee with creamer, not a fan of the flavor syrup. Coffee is just not good for my taste. I understand that people can't taste the actual coffee in their flavored drinks but it's not good. Better service today but I won't be going back for my coffee needs. 1st review: BLONDE COLD BREW, so so bitter and off flavor. Doesn't taste like vanilla or caramel and has a horrible after taste. I pull up and tell the nice lady I've never been there before, NO menu so I have to pull it up on my phone and hold the line up. Told her I want coffee so instead of telling me what they offer, tells me they have energy drinks and smoothies and whatnot for some reason. I wanted hot coffee but couldn't find it on the website. HAD to make a quick last minute decision on a BLONE COLD BREW, she couldn't find it on her tablet so I had to show her my phone on what I wanted to try. No idea on the sizes, most mediums are too small so I got a large and HS! This thing is massive for some reason. Left a tip but I still have no idea how much this cost. I'm not gonna give up on them and I'm gonna try more things from them but the service and experience absolutely sucks.

  It can be a bit tricky to get in this location unless you're on the main highway. But the Brunette coffee was seriously the best coffee I've ever had. There was a bit of a wait in line, but the girl said they were backed up because someone order $125 of coffee for their office, so I get that.

  Friendly workers, got my drink fast, the drink was correct, and I didn’t wait long at all. Definitely better than Owensboro’s location.

  If I could give a negative star, I would Today is Sunday July 5th .I visited between the hour of 6pm~7pm. I ordered a medium white chocolate latte extra sweet and a muffin top.The muffin was so cold almost frozen!!The latte cup was so light half full I asked if they could fill the cup up.Mind you the total was 9.42 cents.She took it back and said we will make it over .I asked for light whip cream (light). When I question the fullness of the cup she said oh the whipped cream is melting but it was literally half full I took a picture. So I'm making this review because just like any restaurant, if it's good service, I'll make a review if it's not so good service, I'll make a review.I'm making this review based on A BAD EXPERIENCE. That was my first and last time ever visiting seven Brew in Newburgh, Indiana.I can pay $3 at the convenience store and fill my cup up.
