  Literally out of everything I was trying to order for my family. No mayo, no lite mayo, no rotisserie turkey or turkey breast, only enough rotisserie chicken to make one wrap. The two youngish boys working looked pissed to be there and I can’t say that I blame them if the place is so poorly managed that they’re constantly having to tell customers they’re out of everything. They weren’t friendly and could improve their service but they’re probably not being paid enough to care.

  Worst experience I've had at a subway ever. 4 slices of cucumber on a 12 inch sub...had to keep asking for more. This place is a joke and it's the last time I'm spending a dime here. This has been a problem for years, they are worried so much about vegetables/condiments and insignificant food costs that they are running business away permanently. Off to Cumberland the next time I'd like Subway. Will be so happy when this place finally goes under and New Palestine gets a decent sandwich shop.

  What a rip off! Almost $12 for a 6 inch cold cut combo! I understand inflation. But, Subway subs are are at the bottom for quality. I'm told that they just got a new owner and raised prices immediately. Just not worth the money! Seems like other customers have gotten sick of the high prices. The lobby was dead during the 6pm hour. Save your money for something better.

  This location is TRASH. The atmosphere between employees and customers is just awkward. when you ask for ingredients on your sandwich, you have to ask two and three times for more to get what would be considered a normal amount. I got my sandwich and it had four pepperonis on a foot-long Italian sandwich. I don’t know if the owners are restricting portion sizes cause it seemed to be no in my sandwich but the two people behind me as well. This is also the same issue. We read into a time prior when visiting this location. Can’t wait for the new sub shop to open up.

  I live subway, always have. This has always been my #1 choice if I must eat out. Although I prefer to cook and do often, sometimes circumstances take away from being able to do that sometimes and I am glad to have Subway as an option to turn to. I have never had a bad .ealnor experience throughout the years i have went, and it is a healthy option , which I much prefer. Ty
