  The new haven location use to be great! 4-5yrs ago, but it's slowly has gone down hill and I've slowly just stopped going there since there I'm literally in them middle of 2 others. But I was driving thru new haven and haven't been there in over a year so I figured Id give them a try. Ordered 2 roast beef sliders... It's Arby's roast beef is literally their specialty 🤦🏼‍♂️, well both slides had dried roast beef and the edges were cold. So this will ultimately be the last time I'll stop at the new haven location ever. The one near stelhorn and maplecrest is way better!

  Slow, rude manager 😒 yelling profanities at his staff for some unknown reason since no one else was there. The counter lady was kind, though. Food was so-so.

  I don't quite understand something-- this place is never busy, the service and wait times ridiculously bad. I've given them multiple opportunities to offer better service, but to no avail. Very sad 😔

  Opening conversation at the drive thru speaker will you be using a mobile coupon or paper coupon. I said I have a paper coupon. Employee was nice I pull up to the window hand over my coupon where I'm told to let them know when I have a coupon. I said yes I did that. I then pay for my meal when I'm handed my card back I'm once again told next time tell them prior that I have a coupon. So then I say yes I did that you didn't hear me or your speaker isn't working properly. Honestly I don't care if your owner doesn't like too many "voids". I clearly said I have a paper coupon. How annoying to be scolded twice like a child during a simple transaction over a coupon. Arbys isn't a cheap meal and consumers will stop spending money at your establishment if not treated properly!
