When I finished, bacon egg and cheese croisant and chocolate chip muffin her response was just ok. I get to the window she just looks at me. And says oh, gave me the price. I paid. Get handed my sandwich ans my change asked if I wanted a receipt I said yes. She hands it to me. Looks at me again. I had to ask for my muffin. Get home and my sandwich is sausage not bacon. I checked the receipt and it says bacon. Last time I was there my muffin was blueberry and not chocolate chip. Think your employees need to pay more attention to their orders.

Fastest and definitely the most friendly spot. I refuse to get coffee anywhere else and will not use any other Dunkin but them.

I got looked at like I was stupid very very rude. The manager didn’t even come up to speak with me, he yelled at me from the kitchen area. I still cut my composure, and I was still very kind and they were incredibly rude still I haven’t been to this location in so long and now I remember why -10/10

Constant orders both in store or mobile constantly incorrect or not accurate to order. Long wait times both drive thru and in store. Staff seems ok, but hindered from the store owner it seems for anything helpful. Lastly, was denied many times in attempting to use coupons, being told they don't take them but the coupons literally have the stores address on it and it only. Don't advertise coupons and adds in local newspapers and receipts if you aren't gonna honor them, comes off very cheap and greedy. Won't be coming to this location again, will be visiting the one down the road by the Wingstop instead. Pitifully ran Dunkin'.
