  This has got to be the like 4th time we order a desert for them to send the wrong one everything box says what its supposed to be but the contents is never what we order. We have been on hold for over an hour trying to talk to someone about fixing it at this point waiting on hold is pointless cause during the first phone call it rang and then call ended. Its expensive to eat out people want what they pay for not what you decide to give me instead. Do better.

  I ordered a pizza and breadsticks. The toothless woman at the register assured me that all my items were there. They were not. I called to speak to management. I was put on an endless loop of hold music. I drove there. She came out and slammed down my sauces after ignoring me for ten minutes. The manager came out and said no arguments in my store. He was just chilling in the office while I was asking to speak to him. Never again. You’re fired. I’ll miss the cheese sauce. I’m going to find the owner. I got you on video being rude. I never raised my voice.

  Went to pick up pizza, waited several minutes for someone to get my order, even though it was ready. A manager yelled from the office to an employee to clock out. As I was checking my order, a worker came up to the counter and didn't even acknowledge me. A "have a good evening" would have went a long way.
