  Customer service-TERRIBLE they all try to avoid helping. I've seen it with so many others and experienced it for myself, especially if you have some kind of mobile order. They will just stand around and avoid looking at you. And the attitude from most of them when u FINALLY get their help and it's half assed, especially the lady in the gray shirt and dark hair, is TERRIBLE! like I did something wrong or that I should be sorry for inconveniencing them! THERE IS ALWAYS MISSING ITEMS OR WRONG ITEMS IN ORDERS! The food- MADE ME SO SICK!! After eating their food I got violently sick and it was coming out both ends!!! And dairy Queen is literally the ONLY thing I had that day and it happened pretty quickly after finishing eating it. I know this is just a fast food job, and I understand that, but customer service sucks and so does the food! HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMENDED! There's a Culver's in town, go there it's the same thing but WAY BETTER!

  AVOID at all costs!! You will waste your money.. Of all days Dairy Queen.. of ALL the days to be disappointing, you choose Mothers Day?! This whole experience was atrocious.. I was already told by TWO separate individuals to not even waste my time going there because of how bad the service is.. Not only is the customer service completely awful for a place that just opened up but during my time in the drive thru you guys managed to get 2 orders completely wrong and then I pull away and boom, guess what... I have NO idea who's order I even got... the only thing correct was ice cream related and the food was also not at all good in any way shape or form... You know when you bring your dog home something to snack on and THE DOG WOULDNT EVEN TRY IT.. there's a problem. Thanks for the disappointment New Castle Dairy Queen, never again. Give it maybe 2 years if service doesn't improve.

  I went to the NewCastle location for the first time today! It’s always been so blocked in so it’s been hard to get in…but I finally got in. The food was great … I devoured it when I got home and the fries were nice and crispy. The store was a bit cramped though which is understandable since it just opened and people are getting their fix in. Anyways, I’ll be back to get another cheeseburger soon because it was DELCIOUS! I gave 4 stars because the girl who took my order wasn’t the most friendliest lol 😂 But still GOOD JOB… I look forward to being back soon ❤️❤️❤️

  This Dairy Queen just opened within the last couple of days and honestly it's been crammed with customers lining up all the way out into the Walmart parking lot for the drive through and barely any standing room inside! There's good reason for that! This establishment is amazing!! My wife and I decided to dine in today for dinner. We arrived around 6:30 and we could barely get inside the door because they were so busy. Even as packed as they were, it was pretty clean inside and it only took a matter of minutes till we were greeted and helped at the register by a VERY polite young man. Honestly, I would've expected at least 1 mistake with our order... but, it was PERFECT! It didn't take long to get our food and everyone was so nice and helpful. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious! (I recommend the #4 combo with the cheese curds.) I'm so impressed by the young people, management, and store itself! Thank you so much for your hospitality even during such a busy time of the day!! We'll DEFINITELY be back to see you again soon! 😁

  Had a really great experience at Dairy Queen thanks to an awesome employee named Madison Boils. From the moment we walked in, she was friendly, patient, and genuinely welcoming. She went out of her way to make sure our order was right and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. It’s not every day you come across someone who clearly takes pride in what they do, but Madison definitely does. She had a great attitude, stayed positive even when things got busy, and made us feel like valued customers—not just another order. Because of her, we’ll absolutely be coming back. Big shoutout to Madison for going above and beyond!
