  told us they were closed in the lobby but didn’t let us through the drive through, walked back down to get some food and were rejected once again. they told us they were open but wouldn’t let us order through the drive thru. very frustrated and pissed, rip my feet for walking down this damn hill. 0/10 customer service would not recommend.

  I walked from my work up to taco bell trying to get food. They knew I walked. Yet waited til I checked in to tell me the lobby was closed. Why even have the doors unlocked then. If someone walked 2 stores over just for food and done this, id never come back terrible customer service.

  This is the second or third time I've been to this location with my sports team. Here are the things I liked:😁 -it wasn't crowded when we arrived to dine in at about 7pm during the week -there is a clear "deal" section to their menu, with food that is less than $5 -They accept tax exemption forms -One of my old students works there, and she was kind and helpful... ALL of the staff seemed to be kind and friendly Here are the things that turned me off from this location: 😔 -The tables looked like no one cleaned them -the floor in the dining area was dirty...I saw a big spider on the floor underneath my table. Ahh!! -There was a tiny red bug on the table where I was eating. 😬 -One of the trash bins was in the middle of the floor, near where the trash area was located, but it didn't have a bag in it. - the wait for nacho fries was too long - the food was not clearly labeled
