  Bathrooms and cook area seem a little old and not well maintained, but the pizza and wings were hot and fresh! New employee at the register still learning things. He was polite and doing his best. Lobby is a little awkward as far as seating is concerned. You can't beat the price on the Hut Box! $8.00 w/tip uncluded!! FREE breadstick if you leave a 5☆ review....couldn't do that though.

  Worst experience getting pizza in my life. Walked there because order was going to take 13 minutes hit there about fifteen minutes. Lady behind counter tries to hand me an order that's not mine then insists it is mine I had to show her the app that it wasn't what I ordered. I say for twenty minutes I'm the lobby while waiting on my food I asked the manager where my did was she went right to the warmer and handed me my food that had been there while time get back off course for is good by now take a bite of the pizza it tasted like chemicals. Didn't eat that so I've taken the survey three times and contacted corporate only to get a reply after four days of we have received your message and will get back to you. Great job

  I ordered 5 pizzas, double order cheese stix, double order cinnastix, couple of 2 liters, almost $100 order. Service was excellent. The lady at counter was very helpful. pizzas were not marked so we had to open the lids to see which pizza was which, and that allows heat to escape. I was disappointed that all the pizzas and cheese stix were blackened and overcooked and dry. I thought the ovens had a set amount of time for cooking, so not sure how you can overcook them but toppings and cheese were all black. the cheese stix were so black and dry it was like plastic. the cinnastix were soft.
