The management is abhorrent here…. this place is going downhill by the second especially with the guy that’s the GM at the helm. I have been in there a couple times and he has the absolute worst attitude. He is not approachable. The bathrooms are always consistently nasty dirty. This is a very new Panera, which New Albany enjoys having especially during. especially the prosecutor, Christopher LANE, who loves to get his stuff super fast because he’s Christopher LANE… Take some time to redirect traffic with management reviews. This general manager is doing a poor job. Austin was great cashier. The manager was very aloof didn’t care that the bathrooms had trash all over the floor did not care to greet me when I walked in when I brought to his attention, he just said OK like very hateful get you a better GM, Mr. Panera or Mrs. Panera…… They struggling

Disgusting and disappointing. I Will never order from here again. Upgraded to a bread bowl, and it was missing. How does that even happen? Dressing was missing for my salad. And I wanted to try the new croissant twists. Those were missing as well. I guess at least they didn't mess up on the desserts...

Last time I went they forgot the chicken on my sandwich. This time they gave me way too much mayo and bread that is falling apart on my sandwich. They don't care. It's too expensive for this low of a standard.

The food was good, but wasn’t warm enough, Which could be another health department issue or a food poisoning problem. My biggest problem is with the customer service employees. First, I have leukemia, and anemia. I bumped my hand and it started to bleed. I went into the bathroom to wash it off and clean it, and I have to say the bathroom was very dirty. The floor was slick and where paper towels were left on it, and I almost fell as a compromise, which would’ve potentially caused me to have more health problems. I mean honestly, the health department would’ve not been happy with what they saw directly in front of their face had they stopped in and went to the bathroom before they decided to eat lunch. So I go up to the counter and I ask this lady,I don’t know her name because nobody wears name tags in there and she didn’t tell me her name. She was a Hispanic lady. I’m not being racist. I asked her for a Band-Aid because the cut on my hand is rather small and she said she had to ask her manager so I said OK. She comes back and said we don’t have any Band-Aids, to which I replied “I would hate to work here if you all don’t even have a basic first aid kit that has Band-Aids in it”, which is typically a OSHA standard and a common courtesy if a guest has a problem with bleeding and might need a Band-Aid also, I noticed on the way out the trash had not been emptied for quite a while, and there was trash laying on top of the dispenser where you put it in as well as on the floor and I saw a couple of employees walk right past it, go outside and come back in, and didn’t even give it a look. One of them decided to step out of the door as she was going home or maybe just checking on me and shook her head at me. I was quite befuddled why she shook her head at me so my only response was yeah it’s pretty bad in there and I just shook my head back at her. Understanding management 101 is really hard but you know I’m just giving feedback that will help a patron, somebody that has a health crisis, or somebody that is working for the Floyd County health department just to make them aware. I’m not really this poetic about restaurant management, but John Tapper would have a field day with this if he was actually into bread and food, but I know one individual in Louisville, KY that is a hospitality guru that just would shake his head and fix the problem. You need to hire people who care first and management that is pleasant because it starts from the top down.
