  My wife stoped on her way home. She was handed the wrong order. Then when she said something the girl in the drive through acted like she was crazy. Got our original order. The fries were put in upsidedown. The quarter pounder with cheese had no cheese or anything else for that matter. And my wife's double cheeseburger was made with 2 top buns. These people are beyond incompetent.

  When we ordered we got the wrong meal they took forever and we called them to tell them we had the wrong meal and they hung up once and when we called them back that we told them we got hung up on and they said I wonder why and then continue to say they didn't have time for this

  Back in January I ordered the Big Mac meal with a large drink and a large fry. I also ordered a six piece chicken nugget with ranch. On top of that I paid another $1.80 for six additional ranch sauces and did not get them. Fast forward a couple months to the 27th of April and I ordered the same thing again with the extra ranch added for a $1.80. once again they did not give me the ranch sauce that I paid extra money for. This is the second time in 5 months they have not given me something that I paid for. My large fry from the second visit is maybe the amount of a medium fry. The Big Mac that I ordered was decent. Everything else was lackluster at best. I am very disappointed. If somebody pays extra money for additional dipping sauce, they should get it.

  Some other car in line took our order without notifying worker it wasn’t theirs (no mistaking a banana smoothie you didn’t order). The workers were great about replacing and making it right after we had been waiting for an order that didn’t come…

  I love this McDonald's. Easy to get to, on my route to some of my doctor's offices and stuff, and they're usually super efficient and quick service. I usually order through the kiosk, my only complaint is that the kiosk is consistently out of receipt paper when I go (but that seems to be my luck with every McDonald's I visit)! I don't usually go when they're busy, so I've never really experienced a true rush at this location— today I was in there right as they were changing over from breakfast to lunch and all I got was a frappe with my points. 🤷🏻‍♀️
