  Salted my food so much i could hardly eat it. Always some bs here. Always a bunch of incompetence here. Avoid this particular mcdonalds

  WORST McDonald’s in new Albany. Staff is rude, the girl I spoke to hung phone up in mid conversation, spoke over me and wouldn’t listen when I tried speaking.. Food is hours old, put back in air fryer to “reheat”.

  The sign says Breakfast sandwich 2 for $5. I ordered that and was told by Jackie we are not offering that anymore . I replied the large sign out front says that. Jackie replied I know but you can't get it..I asked the manager she said I don't know I will have to call my manager. The food I got was horrible the biscuit was so dry I couldn't even eat it. I will never go to this McDonald's again. Rude employees, the manager needs to be replaced, she could barely speak English and she clearly didn't have much knowledge!!!!!!!

  Food was at least hot and quick but the lobby was disgusting! Trash and liquid everywhere. No tables clean and just everything was sticky 🤮

  My bill was rounded up for the RM House, without my permission. Unethical behavior.
