  THE FOOD IS GREAT BUT… We walked in and immediately heard yelling and two employees were hashing it out and yelling LOUD to the point me and my mom had to leave the restaurant I HATE EATIBG IN THE CAR THANKS CHIPOTLE. I used to eat ther weekly haven’t since January 2026

  I don't understand why they are charging for salsa and queso. Those are toppings that people should be able to get on their food without paying extra 🙄

  Chips were soggy and could bend them in half.. food was cold.. and the burrito was more of a burrito bowl in a tortilla wrapped up in a rush. It was extremely disappointing. I love the restaurant but we won’t be back to this location.

  Service is different every time I go here. Got tacos with sofrita's. The meat was dry & burnt. I asked if I could get some fresh. They made it but weren't too happy to do it for me.

  Sunday I thought would a great time to try the TV adverised restaurant in New Albany, Indiana. I thought they cooked the food as you order. Nope! Go thru and tell them what you want in your bowl. Isn't that how Subway does it. OK, the big complaint is how DIRTY the restaurant was. Six people behind food. The restaurant was not busy but no one to wipe off the tables? We sat at a long counter facing a window which was really dirty. The floors were dirty.. We will next never go there again! It was over priced. We could have gone to a nicer restaurant and paid the same amount. Moe's gives you chips with your meal. So does Tumbleweed. At Chipotle that's an extra charge. What a disappointment!
