  ordered a milkshake and a Reuben: asked if turkey could be substituted for corned beef. he said yes. started tearing out coupon, he started ringing it up then said no he couldn't, it wouldn't ring up. i said can't you just ring up the rueben and substitute turkey? he said no the cost, i said i would pay for the corned beef but he said he couldn't so i said ok. then just give me a milkshake but doesn't make sense. (if he had said sorry no substitute in the first place , no issues) then some young woman came over and said something, the young man waved her off but i asked what did you say. she said you don't need to come in here disrespecting the employees corporate doesn't allow substitutions. i said i wasn't being disrespectful but you are.

  Food seems to be consistent, though they have a tendency of burning the mozzarella sticks in my experience. Drive-through is unnecessarily slow, especially when you’re the only there. Don’t even bother if there’s anyone else in line. Unfortunately, this is one of those locations where they only can take one drive-thru order at a time and then makes the second person wait. Even when the first person is sitting at the window for 10 minutes waiting on their food they still won’t go to the second person and take their order so they can get the line moving. At least the food is ok (better than their State Street location by a longshot) but ask yourself, how fast do you actually want your fast food?
