I love 7 Brew coffee, but this location is so much slower than the other two southern Indiana locations. I’ve been sitting in line for quite a while and watching several workers should stand around inside.

Politeness & smiles of staff is always there when I'm greeted & receiving drink. If you don't see a flavor you want, just ask, they can make it!!!

I’m fairly new to the area and I absolutely love 7brew, got it all the time where I use to live so I come to the one close to where I live now and just awful. Idk bout the drinks bc I couldn’t even get one. I was first in line, sitting right next to them by the window, every single person kept walking by. Didn’t even look at me, didn’t tell me a simple “be with u in a moment” I was simply just non existent to them. It really made me mad when cars pulled up behind me and they took there orders while no one still has came up to take mine and again I’m right in front of their door by the register and just nothing.

They are constantly so backed up. They will have someone come out and take 2 orders and then walk back inside, while the lines are backed up to the street. They don’t act like they know what they’re doing. It’s not fun to sit in the drive thru line for 15 minutes in the morning, while the other lane is slowly moving through. Get it together.

Really wish the county/states would start issuing fines to this establishment for promotions that literally shut roads down. It's a special kind of stupid to promote people sitting in line for 2-5 hours for gimmick merchandise. And to the people who are actually doing that, please go get help. It's not the flex you think it is bragging about it. Meanwhile, it was a beautiful day and wanted to take my kids to the park, but you all literally had the road shut down. Absolutely hate this place and location.
