  This taco bell needs work. My buddies and I ordered online during school lunch, the app said that it would be done around 12. We did not receive all of our food until 12:55, making us late for our final exams causing extreme distress to me and my friends abilities to perform. While we were waiting the extra 55 minutes to get our food, we kept receiving unpleasant looks at us from the employees as if we had done something wrong. Thank you Nappanee Taco Bell for the great treatment on a otherwise normal day, good day.

  Ordered ahead, got there on time and the app said it would be ready at 12:00 I got my food around 12:50-:12:55. One worker making all the in store orders, they showed zero effort or hustle to get them done. And on top of this the worker(s) showed zero care for people’s food or time. And it seemed like I was the problem to them. Wouldn’t recommend to ever come here ever, wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy.

  Worst experience at a Taco Bell I've ever had. Last 3 times I've been here I've been, 1. Harassed by a door dasher thinking I was an employee 2. Seen someone lick the soda dispenser nozzle 3. Had a couple move and sit at my table whenever I stood up, happening multiple times, following me to multiple tables Never coming back.
