  All I wanted was a sweet tea because they have really good tea. I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes and quite a few employees kept walking by. The manager walked by the counter at least 8 times. Not one time did anyone ask what I may have needed. I had to ask a young lady who had glasses on and was wearing a pink apron. The ONLY HELPFUL PERSON in the store mind you. The girl with braids kept walking by and not even giving a friendly look. This kiosk crap is ridiculous and all it does is causes the employees to become unattached from customer service and even less accountable for customer satisfaction. Kudos to the little pink apron girl with glasses for asking what I needed. I appreciated her for taking her time to help me even though I only needed a sweet tea. She truly deserves a raise and a job well done 🙏❤️💯 Thank you 😊

  To the Woman that keeps this place together like GLUE at night, Brandyz THANK YOU for having customers knowing, that you did everything you can to have them leave, knowing, that there order is fresh, and EXACTLY, the way they ordered it. Bravo y'all. Bravo 👏

  SLOW!!!! You wait FOREVER to get the wrong order. The mcrib is back! So we had to stop. After waiting FOREVER we got our food and headed home. Ummm the mcribs are trash. Usually they are dripping in sauce. These had very very little dribbles. I can not believe how can you mess up a sandwich when all you do is slather it in bbq onions and pickles and wrap it up?

  Ordered on the app for mobile pickup because I had the dog & a 5 year old. 20 minutes later pull up to the drive thru window where MULTIPLE employees pass by & never acknowledge I am there. Finally get someone to acknowledge me & they say to pull back in the spot & they will have it right out... 34 mins unload the dog & child to go inside & get met with a bunch of excuses & things they are out of. FINALLY get food but missing half the order. This place has turned into the biggest disaster in this town!! Make the trip to Wakarusa instead!!
