- RRRedJul 9, 20261.0If I could leave a zero I would; I’ve been order from this location for over 5 years this was the best papa John in NWI period. I place an order for delivery at 6:45 at 8:25 call and asking what was going on they said they were just about to call me which I highly doubt, I asked if the pizza were still hot and they ensured me that they were. I live less then two minutes from this location so went to pick them up I felt the pizza when I got there and they were all cool but I had hungry kids a home so I just took them. When I got home and open the boxes I couldn’t believe that they would allow such shit to be serve to there customers. The shines took over ownership and they did what they do best the bare minimum and destroy everything they touch. I highly recommend not wasting your money here and take your business to dominos in Lansing they are A1 over there.

Never got a notice or anything saying the order was not going to be able to be made. The payment went through though. The next morning I called the store and asked why the order was accepted and the website showed that it was being prepared. Lety, the manager was less than help full. All she said was they close the ovens down at 11. I then asked why would they take the order and payment if it was not going to be made, or at least send a notice stating that the order is not going to be fulfilled. Instead of leaving us waiting. All she said is , “ because we don’t”. She seems like a real people person. Jk,
