  My Mom lives in Munster and I always stop in while in town. Always clean, stellar customer service along with prompt delivery of the food. And the best thing; they actually have booths where customers can sit and converse while eating. Instead of small chairs, tables and stupid decor that looks like something out of Romper Room.

It’s neither exceptional nor particularly bad, and your experience can vary quite a bit based on the staff you encounter. Some employees are friendly and attentive, creating an enjoyable atmosphere, while others appear to be just going through the motions. This kind of inconsistency is what you’d generally expect from a fast food chain, so there’s nothing particularly remarkable about it. Your order can be hit or miss—sometimes it’s exactly what you wanted, and other times it’s not. Wait times can also vary; occasionally you’ll find yourself in a long line, while at other times you’ll get through quickly. Overall, McDonald’s serves its purpose by providing quick meals when you're in a rush, but it’s not a place you’re likely to miss. If you’re in the mood for traditional fast food, this location meets the standard, but don’t anticipate anything beyond the ordinary.

  Truly a disgusting experience‼️‼️, i often come to this location however I haven't in a while since I was sitting in the drive through and seen a mouse hopping in to the back door a couple months back. But today we decided to come in for a late dinner around 8 pm we ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal along with other things and we sat down to eat, as my brother was eating his sandwich he discovered that it was raw, I went to the front to showed them, the guy at the front was rude he grabbed the bag and tugged it while it was in my hand to face it towards himself so he could read the tag. He printed out the receipt handed it to me, no apology didn't even ask if I wanted a refund or wanted it remade just did what he wanted. He brings the bag with the new sandwich and tosses it onto the table my brother opens it up and starts eating and once again it's raw and not only is it raw it has a gray hair in it. I went back to the front showed them the hair and the raw sandwich this time a new person was there he offered to remake it at this point we didnt even want to find out if the third was going to be raw too.even the employee were disgusted the manager then came and gave us a refund for the meal. again no apology no conversation just did it and that's it. I'm not one to complain but this is very disgusting and unprofessional I'm never returning to this location again.

  This McDonald’s always messes up your orders doesn’t give you everything that’s supposed to be in the meal makes you wait forever you tell them the food isn’t in the order They act like you making it up. You have to show them. The parts of the meal aren’t even in there. . They’re just a mess.
