    The vibe is upbeat and welcoming as always, and the crew even handed over some fun little charms with our order, which was a great touch. Easy drive-thru stop and I'll be back!

    We love this place and so happy the brought the vibes all the Dutch Bros out west bring. Not sure if my dog loves this spot more or the crew loving to see him! All around awesome atmosphere, music, and most importantly coffee ☕️

    We pulled up and 3 staff were taking orders but nobody took ours. As we proceeded in line to the window we hoped to make our order there. The car in front of us was chit chatting for quite a while, not sure if they were waiting on more drinks as we already saw some handed out but after not having an order placed and hanging around for an extended period of time we left.

    I’m a big fan of dutch but certainly not a fan of the customer service here. I wanted to give a new drink i saw online a try, that being a mango pomegranate peach green tea. The girl that took my order did not make my experience trying it any better, as i was told “that is a lot of words you’re going to have to hold on” but with an unfortunate attitude. A nasty attitude to be exact. It makes it hard to give your full menu a try this way. (The only reason why i’m not leaving a 1 star review is because the girl that handed us our drinks was the complete opposite and was very sweet.)

    My first experience at Dutch Bros was unstatisfactional due to my confusion regarding the difference between the "pick up window" and "drive thru" options on the mobile app. I selected the drive thru option to make it easy on myself, but little did I know it was a big mistake. When you place your mobile order, you can't change the pickup method, so I waited in line for 40 minutes to receive a coffee that had a hint of flavor in it. I really expected that the flavors would be overwhelming in the Caramel Pumpkin Brulee, as it sounded like a sweet, Fall beverage. I also saw the barista handing out stickers with other customers' drinks, but when I received my drink, I didn't get any and had to ask for them. I thought the Dutch Bro's community was onto something but this experience wasn't worth my time.
