    I pulled into the drive thru at 6:58 AM this morning (8/11). I was the fourth car in line. They only had one person taking orders outside and she had to run back and forth between the lines. I am the third person wait for my order and the car at the window has been there for 5 full minutes. The girl at the window has been hanging out the window talking to her. It is now 7:15 and there has been no movement. I will update the post once I leave but this is a significant hindrance to try to grab a coffee on the way to work in the morning. Update: I pulled out of the window at 7:21. That’s half of my commute time.

    Terrible service! There were 2 cars ahead of me! I waited 27 min for my drink which was worse than the customer service! This was my second time coming here. Figured I give the place another shot. It will be my last. Way below average drinks with way below customer service. Almost an hour of combined wait time for 2 visits! NEVER AGAIN!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

    The staff here are amazing!! I get so excited to pull into the drive way line!!! The vibe is so energized gets your day going. It’s nice to see young adults vibe with the clients and make conversations! The last time I went the young lady helped me with alternative option for the carmalizer that’s sounds good but I didn’t want to much chocolate milk in it!

    We are so excited to finally have a Dutch Bros close to home! Every visit has been such a great experience. The drinks are consistently delicious, and the staff is always incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to see you. It’s rare to find customer service that’s this consistently amazing. You can tell the team really cares about making your day a little brighter, and that keeps us coming back. Whether we’re grabbing our favorite coffee or trying something new, we’ve never been disappointed.

    The brand is a windmill or something, but then they have some generic AI created detective mascot with the label “Dutch Mafia”. I don’t understand. Are we windmills and fields, or are we cartoon mafioso’s dressed as detectives???? Insufferable mumble rap was being blasted over the speakers. I ordered a black cold brew. The girl then asked if I wanted flavors in it. No, I said black. She then handed me an iPad asking for a tip. I hit no tip. It didn’t do anything. Apparently I have to click a second button to finish not tipping. Then I had to walk to the other side of the counter to tap my phone. Why are you holding an iPad? Why isn’t it mounted like a normal thing. I don’t get it. The inside has no seating. They have nowhere to stand after you order. So you just awkwardly huddle while people walk in the door and into you. They have a huge lot with a 10’ wide sidewalk outside, they could have made their building a rational size. My black cold brew took 10 minutes. A bunch of degenerate youths were emoting in the lobby while I waited. My cold brew tasted like water. At least it’s not gray inside. At least my cold brew wasn’t rubbing alcohol. My expectations were on the floor, but the reality was in the basement. 3/10. Might be desperate enough to come back at some point.
