- MAMybodydxffent agSep 19, 20261.0I came in and ordered two egg and cheese wraps for about $6, and the food was fine. I also noticed the QR code for job applications , so I asked an employee about applying. I was told she would let management know, but I ended up having to find and submit the application myself since the code never worked . The next morning, I spoke with the manager and was told to text a number regarding the application. I did, but never received a response. When I called back, there was confusion about the application and who I needed to contact so I can get an interview for the job. I also asked why leftover donuts are thrown away instead of being given away. I understand that stores have policies, but when I asked a follow-up question, the manager hung up on me. I went back to the store to address it in person, but the situation still wasn’t handled professionally she never took accountability instead was trying to disregard the disrespect towards me. My issue wasn’t being told “no.” It was the lack of communication and how the situation was handled. As a customer, I expected a more professional and respectful experience.

LoyalAug 3, 20261.0This is the very worst dunkin store in a 50 mile radius avoid it at all cost!!!!! unless you want super water down drinks and the most horrible service when you bring up the issue with the workers, they display a horrible attitude like they could care less, gave it 3 chances because their drinks use to be good, but will not be going back there ever!!!!! 'even though it's so close to home' and do not recommend it, with so many other coffee stores opening up and different brands. This store really gives the Dunkin name a bad reputation

I thought she was going to take my order but instead was calling for a different employee to come take my order. I waited maybe 2-3 minutes. I finally place my order and walk to the other side of the counter to wait for my order. While waiting, I see an employee wearing a long jean skirt eat Flaming Hot Cheetos while preparing coffee orders and handling food. Not once did i see her wash her hands nor did I see anyone tell her anything. I will never return to this Dunkin Donut.
