- MSM. S.1 day ago1.0I rarely leave reviews, but the experience I had at the Dunkin’ location in Munster was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. From the moment I entered the drive-thru, the staff was rude and dismissive. Multiple employees kept chiming in over the speaker, making it difficult to place a simple order. Questions were ignored, attitudes were unprofessional, and it felt like customer service was the last thing on anyone’s mind. When I pulled up to the window, nearly ten employees were standing around staring at me, almost as if they were aware of the poor treatment I had just received and found it amusing. I paid for my order, parked, and discovered that BOTH of my orders were incorrect. I went inside to have the mistakes corrected, expecting at least a simple apology. Instead, I was met with even more hostility. The employee was argumentative, unapologetic, and seemed annoyed that I was asking for the order I paid for. Rather than taking accountability, she attempted to blame me for their mistakes. She refused to properly take the order again and even went so far as to threaten to call the police over a customer requesting a corrected order. Mistakes happen. What matters is how they’re handled. This location failed at every level: professionalism, communication, accountability, and basic customer service. Easily one of the most pathetic and disappointing service experiences I’ve ever had. I will not be returning, and I would strongly encourage management to address the culture and behavior of the staff at this location.
